The rules and expectations for using MyGiftID.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyGiftID. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purpose, including attempting to scrape, copy, or automatically query the gift registry in a manner that violates our integrity or the privacy of other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at legal@mygiftid.info.
You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile and wishlist. However, you must not include content that is offensive, copyrighted without permission, or illegal. MyGiftID reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
MyGiftID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that gift recommendations will be accurate, that products on wishlists will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
MyGiftID is not liable for disputes arising from gift purchases, the condition or availability of items on your wishlist, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you have paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Referral codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded. Waitlist spots are personal and may not be transferred to others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on this page at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of MyGiftID after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
